Who cares if Las Vegas doesn’t have a pro sports team—we’re getting a Beer Park! Opening early next year, the 10,000-square-foot beer garden by Budweiser will combine the atmospheres of an American baseball stadium and a community park.
Located above Hexx restaurant at Paris Las Vegas, the open-air space is ran by Chateau’s operations team of John Spadafora and Steve Kennedy. The park will have seats for as many as 500 guests, with TV screens throughout the venue including two massive towers of hi-definition glory on either side of the center bar.
The bar itself will seat 80 and offer more than 100 beers including 36 draft beers, some poured at a perfect 31 degrees (the optimum temperature for Bud). Furthermore, cold plates at each seat will keep that beer cool in the summer. There will also be a menu of specialty cocktails, wines on tap and by the bottle and a selection of Bloody Marys.
Connecting the booze to food, American fare and stadium favorites such as the funnel cake bacon cheeseburger with black pepper “baconaise” and the bacon-wrapped barbecue dog are listed on the menu along with suggested beer pairings. Beer Park’s menu also features specialty grill selections made on a custom Budweiser beech wood grill that imparts beer flavor into anything that is cooked on it.
Get your peanuts and other concessions including beer-infused pickles served from roaming carts, and for dessert, enjoy house-made soft serve and cotton candy.
During halftime, guests can entertain themselves with billiards, corn hole and darts, and when the game is over, the park transitions into a 21-and-up venue after 10 p.m. with live DJs on the weekends. Beer Park will open early for morning games, and can be rented for special events as well. And if you’re not the beer-and-sports type, at least you’ll have a perfect view of the Bellagio Fountains.
